About

Living well requires wisdom. When we are young, we rely on the wisdom of our parents, but as we grow older and take on more responsibility, we need wisdom of our own. That is why we choose to discuss ways to align ourselves with Biblical wisdom that will allow us to flourish as God intended. On the Sage Reverie podcast, we seek sage wisdom in holy reverie and have some fun along the way.

Mike Wilson

Mike and Darci Wilson have lived in Gillette for 10 years. They have two sons, Lincoln (5) and Titus (2). Mike is a fourth-generation pastor who received his undergraduate and graduate (MBA) degrees from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and his doctorate (DMIN) degree from Portland Seminary. He is originally from Olathe, Kansas, and he is a huge fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas Jayhawks. He loves escape rooms (escaperoomology.net) and golfing. Mike has a passion for seeing the joy of new life in Christ spread in innovative ways to those who have not yet experienced God’s grace. He believes that we were all created for a purpose and will do whatever he can to help people become who they were created to be. Mike recently released his first book. It’s called Leaving Left Behind, and it’s all about how positivity will help the church grow. It’s available on Amazon and in most places books are sold.
